Clinical Laboratory Scientist
College Medical Laboratory Technician program. The agreement allows the students to take all of their classes locally (on campuses such as Blue Mountain Community College or Columbia Basin College) and finish their clinical training at Interpath. The first three quarters of course work are pre-science courses preparatory to the MLT courses. The last five quarters of the program are spent concentrating on the various disciplines of the medical laboratory, both through course work and clinical training at Interpath Laboratory. The course work is taught by the use of interactive tele-education through Wenatchee Valley College.
Phlebotomy / Specimen Processing
Interpath Laboratory has an internal phlebotomy program that allows the student to learn the basics of specimen collection, and then provides for a clinical program that allows the student to sit for national certification in phlebotomy. Phlebotomists need to be multi-talented with abilities to interact with patients in stressful situations. Phlebotomists are also trained in specimen processing. Both of these positions are excellent areas for individuals to start their career in the medical laboratory field.

Once you have entered your e-mail address and the password, which you selected when you initially created your profile, your information will be available for review within seconds.
Compensation is based on the amount of related work experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, and other evaluated skill sets for the position. The compensation package is sometimes quoted after confirmation of the above components.
When your profile is received, you will be sent an acknowledgement via e-mail. If a hiring manager determines your skills match the needs of the position, you will be contacted for further screening and consideration. We recommend you use the same e-mail address each time you visit our career page.
No. Once you have submitted a profile, you do not need to contact Interpath to provide additional information unless you are specifically requested to do so. All the information required to consider your application is contained in your profile and the online application itself.
Yes. We encourage you to apply for any position you feel you are qualified for. Once you have created a profile/application, your information is saved in the Interpath employment database. Your information is recalled upon log-in for any future applications and can be updated. We encourage you to update your profile whenever your information/work experience changes.
Your application begins when you create a profile for yourself similar to a resume. The profile contains all of your relevant personal, work and education information, what you are looking for in a position, and general questions we ask all applicants. Once your profile has been created, you can link it to any open position by clicking the Apply button. You will be asked a series of pre-screening questions prior to your profile being submitted for the job. At the end of the online employment process your profile will be submitted and reviewed by our Human Resources staff.
Depending on your computer proficiency, it generally takes from 10 to 20 minutes to create a profile and apply for a position using the online process.
